One’s personal style is always evolving–at least mine is. Lately, there seem to be more days when I don’t like what I’m wearing to work… however, when I do like it, I want to celebrate my style. That was the case with this winter whites outfit.
I wore this exact outfit to work on Wednesday–after ten days of not going into school. Lately, each day is so unpredictable; some days I work from home because of school closures. For sure, I prefer the days when I get to go in and be in the library. Kids make my job amazing, and not seeing them face to face is very hard for a librarian.
Heck, it’s even difficult to pinpoint my personal style these days. Loungewear is definitely a part of my wardrobe with more days spent at home. For someone who loves getting dressed and styling fun outfits, sweats are a bore! Then when I do have the chance to get dressed, I feel lost these days–as if my style is in a weird state of limbo. However, wearing a monochromatic look in all winter whites worked for me on Wednesday. I felt pretty and chic all day, and when I feel this way, my confidence shows!
Rico on the other hand has a gorgeous daily outfit. He’ll be one year at the end of this month. (He’s actually a leap year dog!) Rico’s a big dog with an even bigger heart. He has no idea of his size and just wants to give love all day long. He’s lighter than Rani with a beautiful blond coat. His paws are quite large signaling that he still might grow a bit bigger! He uses those paws too letting us know when he needs some attention. It’s really the cutest thing when he places his paw on our chest saying, “Love me. Love me!”
How’s your style these days? Do you have any? Or do you feel as lost as me these days?
