I’ve been waiting and waiting to wear this luxurious cashmere sweater. Silver Pink gave it to me earlier this fall. Of course I was happy to be gifted such a beautiful sweater, but I did warn them that it would be a while until I’d be able to wear it. But the time is now. The temps have dipped in Hong Kong, and of course we are all so excited for the chill in the air!
There are so many ways to style a grey cashmere sweater. Often times I’m found lounging in mine after school in a pair of sweats. Yet aside from being cozy, this cowl neck grey goodnesss can pull off some glam as well. Today I wore it with my crushed velvet, flowy pants. Yesterday, I wore it with a pair of Christmas plaid pants and my red trench. Tomorrow maybe I’ll wear it with a pair of Levi’s. Basically, a nice grey cashmere sweater is an essential piece for any wardrobe–especially one that dips below to the cozier temps. I’m super grateful that Silver Pink reached out to me. The other day while out and about, I picked up these awesome heart and pearl earrings. I feel like they are perfect–especially if I happen to love what I’m wearing (which today I did!). I don’t mean to keep adding to my accessory collection–I mean it is seriously overflowing, yet I just love accessories. I always have, and I guess I always will. I can remember my love for earrings beginning back in 7th grade when my sister and I would ride our bikes to the Rite Aid a mile away from home. There was a display of Asia cloisonné earrings; my fondness for collecting earrings started way back then (and obviously hasn’t stopped!).
These pants are basically like wearing glorified sweats. They’re super cozy, so basically on this Monday after a very busy, very fun weekend, I felt like I was in my pajamas all day. That’s the very best way to start a Monday in my opinion.
Silver Pink, thank you so much for giving me this sweater. It truly is so comfortable and feels so luxe against my skin. I know I probably should have worn a camisole, but this sweater is so soft, I ware it bare.
