Yahoo! I’ve wanted to create this outfit post since last April 1st (when I saw @jessbobess in this very impressionable Instagram post). I haven’t style my one sleeve black bodysuit the same way as Jess, but that’s ok. (I have yet to find the perfect acid wash jeans; I’m still in the midst of a fashion fixation for those!) For my styling of the one long sleeve black bodysuit, I’ve gone with the neutral leopard. What? You haven’t heard? Yes, leopard is indeed a neutral–especially when doused in subtle yet large quantities i.e. skinny belt, crossover bag, and The Simple Sandal–not to mention an overly humongous pair of gold hoops!

I’d like to forewarn you: there are a lot of pictures in this post. My favorite photographer decided to shoot for me, and she always has such a great eye. It was hard to find the standard 4-6 photos; rather this post has a whopping 9. Oh well. Gigi is just that good–or rather she makes me feel that good! Hmmm, it’s that special young lady’s birthday today…I wonder what she will be getting, don’t you?! Do you follow Gigi? You should!
Geneva from A Pair and a Spare has made the coolest line of sandal. They are called The Simple Sandal. When I got to choose between black, tan, nude, cognac, or leopard, well…. let’s just say the choice became obvious once leopard entered into the picture. These sandals may be simple, but deliciously so. They are very comfortable: I wore them during our entire road trip through California this summer, and that’s saying something from this sneaker gal! Do you follow Geneva? You should!
Talk about a fashion fixation! I almost missed my flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong because of this Jaspal crossover bag. I had seen it, and then like usual, completely fixated on it. By the time we were leaving I was determined to have this little leopard bag, and I am so glad I risked it. First, I prefer crossover bags–otherwise I carry way too much and hurt my back. Second, well, it’s leopard, so when I want a little touch of somethin’ somethin’ I always reach for this special purchase. There’s a super luxe store in Thailand called Jaspal. If you are ever there, do make sure to go to one: Jaspal is like Thailand’s upscale version of Zara. It’s a very, very classy store. You bet when I go to Bangkok this Christmas with my sister, I’ll definitely be showing her this store! Do you shop online at Jaspal? You should!
This last Saturday I made the (now) quarterly haul to Forever 21. It’s quite sad as I used to be able to visit this store weekly when it was in Causeway Bay, but now that Forever 21 is all the way over in Mon Kok, I barely frequent my most favorite store. This makes me rather sad, but I’m sure, no, I know it makes Kevin rather happy! Hahah! Anyway, I stocked up on a bunch of fun gold jewellery. Audrey over on Frassy has definitely been inspiring me to go big and bold with gold. Do you follow Audrey? You should!
One last pic: I couldn’t resist the goofy pic Gigi got of me showing off my overly large hoops. Get some too–they’re super fun to wear!! And at Forever 21 they are very economical–that’s the word I will choose!
*If you would like to get a long sleeve black bodysuit here’s the link for my exact one. You guessed it: I got mine at Forever 41–op, I mean Forever 21! (And here’s the link for ALL their black bodysuits.)

You look gorgeous, Annie! I’m always either too hot or too cold to wear a long sleeved one arm top! But I wish I could – I do love them. I love any kind of animal print so I’m totally in love with your crossover bag – like you, I usually prefer a crossover too. I like having my hands free, especially when shopping lol!

Thank you so much Suzy! For me with AC inside and squelching outside, a one sleeve top does the trick!
