Got My Shirt Back!

Last time you saw this perfectly plaid shirt was here when Julie stole the Shirt Off My Back. Well, I shouldn’t say stole; we have an unwritten code where if one or the other likes something so much, we can just tell the other and hand it over. That’s what happened this summer when I opened my cabin closet and Julie saw this shirt. Game over! She took it and wore it expertly. She even let me take pictures of her in it–that doesn’t happen every day!
Imagine my surprise when on Friday during a shopping spree with Sandy, I stopped in my tracks once I saw this shirt. After I grabbed a large for me, I grabbed a small for her. I said, “Trust me: you want this shirt in your life!” It’s super soft with a fabulous fit; it’s one of those shirts that feels like you worked hard to break in yet never had to!
I’ve also said this before on Kremb de la Kremb: if my sister tells me about something in her closet that she loves, I will go out and get it. Last spring Julie sent me a picture of these Gap jeans. Of course I bought them within that week. This urgency that happens to me–she calls them my “fashion fixations.” She’s right though: I won’t stop till I find it! And if Julie says it’s a must have item, well then it is!!
