Wow! It’s not very often that I feel completely overwhelmed, but this last week has been hmmm, what’s the word for beyond busy? Overloaded? Utterly maximized? Cray cray?
But look! I’m all mixed up, but I’m still smiling.
I’m finally taking a little moment to catch my breath–in Beijing! I brought a group of 6 high school students up here for the BeiGIN Conference. It’s being hosted at my old school, so it’s been especially fun to see friends made while working here. Gigi came along too; she’s here visiting her bestie, Alice. Meanwhile Kevin’s back in Hong Kong shifting our apartment. Another anticipation is my parents’ arrival next Friday, November 15.
The worst part about being so busy this last week has been the inability to post here on Kremb de la Kremb. I’ve missed it–I have been trying so hard to make a post every morning Monday through Friday, but this week, I just couldn’t make it happen. Not even close. We’ll see if I can get a few posts out next week….however I’m guessing no as I need to help set up a new house once I return on Sunday. Ha, Gigi and I left our Chung Hom Kok home on Thursday morning, and when we return on Sunday it will be to our new Stanley home. I can’t wait to show you pictures from 25 UC Court. We’ll be living right on the Stanley Promenade. Visitors welcome!!
